Robin Wood has been pastoring and leading churches since he was 19 years old. In 1987, Robin planted Mountain Park Community Church in Phoenix, Arizona, which grew from 12 adults to over 4,000 members. In 2004, Robin became President and Co-Founder of Church Multiplication association. CMA is a non-profit organization based in Oklahoma City that seeks to plant churches across the U.S. and provide an organized system of coaching, mentoring, and funding for church planters. As of 2008, CMA has been involved in 65 church plants. Robin also has a passion for serving the poor through his leadership with Heart to
Honduras, an organization that plants churches and brings clean water to over 60 villages in Honduras.

Gary Kendall is the founding pastor of Indian Creek Community Church in Olathe, Kansas, and co-founder of CMA with Robin Wood. Gary his wife Belinda reside in Olathe, Kansas, where they planted Indian Creek with a group of 27 people in September of 1985. Today, Indian Creek serves over 1,300 people on a typical weekend and has over 2,500 people call the church home. Over the past 20 years, Indian Creek has planted two churches and assisted three other new church plants. Gary and Belinda have 3 children and enjoy traveling to speak and lead conferences. They are ministers nationally and internationally, in countries such as India, China, Russia, Africa, and Mexico.

Ken joined the CMA staff in June of 2006, bringing forty years of ministerial experience to the organization. Ken pastored in Indiana, Michigan, Georgia, and Ohio; and has also has served the Church of God on a national level as a church consultant. He has served in speaking capacities at various conferences and services and has held numerous offices over the years in ministry. Ken and his wife, Judy, have three children; Chris, Doug, and Melissa; and eight wonderful grandchildren.

Steve Chiles served as a pastor for 26 years in churches in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Kansas and Oklahoma, and came on board with CMA to serve as a church health coach. Steve is a sought-after speaker for conferences on church growth and leadership development workshops, revivals and campmeetings across the country. He is a graduate of Mid-America Christian University. Steve's passion is to grow churches and raise up leaders for ministry, and he also enjoys writing for several Christian magazines and publications.
Steve and his wife Wanda live in Phoenix, Arizona, where they are involved in teaching and leading marriage and family relationships. They have two grown boys, Ben and Nathan.

Patsy began with CMA in 2006. She serves as assistant to Robin and office administrator for CMA activity. Patsy was born and raised in Enid, Oklahoma and graduated in 2004 from Clemson University in South Carolina. She and her new husband Cole live in Oklahoma City and worship with Britton Christian Church. They enjoy spending time with their families, friends, and of course, their black lab, Calhoun.

Teresa oversees and manages CMA's non-profit status, audit reports, and bookkeeping for our 62 church plants. She came to CMA with 24 years of experience working for CPAs and accountants in Oklahoma City. Teresa graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, OK with her bachelor's degree. She and her husband David have 3 boys, James, Anthony & Michael. Their family attends Henderson Hills Baptist Church in Edmond.
